INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RIGHT TO RECALL ATTACHED TO THE ORDERED GOODS

You have the right to repudiate this agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The repudiation period shall expire 14 days after the date when you take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to repudiate the agreement, you shall notify 3Pro Surgical, located at [Insert address], by email at store@3prosurgical.com, of your decision to repudiate this agreement by an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by mail, fax, or email).

You can use the standard agreement repudiation form attached to your order, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the term of repudiation of the agreement, it is enough to send a notification about the exercise of the right to repudiate the agreement before the expiry of the agreement repudiation period.

Consequences of Repudiation of the Agreement

In case of repudiation of the agreement, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date when we receive notification of your decision to exercise our right to repudiate the agreement. We will refund you using the same payment methods that you have used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

We may withhold a refund until we receive the goods. In this case, we will refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days from the date we receive the goods from you. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods as a result of the use of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The consumer’s right to return the goods does not apply to:

• Music and audiovisual recordings and computer programs recorded on computer media after the consumer has removed their original packaging.
• Rules and regulations, technical specifications, specifications, passports, instructions ordered by the consumer for specific purposes.
• Goods (services) with characteristics specified by the consumer in the order or strictly related to it; goods imported by order of the consumer.
• Services that are inherently non-refundable or subject to rapid damage.
• Agreement, under which the subject matter of execution is an item delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening the package for health or hygiene reasons if the package was opened after delivery.
• Agreement, under which the subject matter of execution is a thing that is subject to rapid wear and tear; this applies, in particular, to the blades of precision tools that can be destroyed during use.
